• Our meats come from the award-winning Macelleria Belli in Torrita di Siena
• Our pecorino selection is produced by the prestigious San Polo di Pienza dairy
• The morning yogurt is produced by the San Polo di Pienza dairy. Bread and baked goods come from
Forno la Spiga – Pienza
• During the summer we use vegetables from our garden, in times of great need the company – Sapori di
Toscana – of Monteriggioni comes to our aid, which supplies Tuscan companies with short chain and Tuscan
production products including butter, mozzarella and others fresh dairy products
• Last in the list but not in the ranking is our precious Sant’Ambrogio Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our first commitment is to preserve and implement the activities on the territory of our beautiful region. Ask
